Julieta Piox is a bilingual, Certified John C. Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker and Trainer with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, personal growth, and organizational change. She helps senior leaders, women entrepreneurs, and organizations build the clarity, confidence, and leadership capacity to lead themselves and others well.
About Julieta
Julieta’s career began in marketing and communications and grew into leading strategic change initiatives, where she saw firsthand that strategy alone is not enough. Leaders also need the self-awareness, courage, and confidence to carry that strategy forward.
Today, Julieta helps senior leaders, women entrepreneurs, and organizations lead from within so they can create stronger teams, make values-aligned decisions, and build meaningful impact that lasts.
Julieta’s background in marketing and communications, strategic initiatives, coaching, and leadership development gives her a practical understanding of what leaders face as they navigate competing priorities, growth, and change.
She has created transformative experiences for corporate, nonprofit, government, and entrepreneurial audiences, including organizations such as Best Buy, CHS, Medtronic, and LatinoLEAD. Her work connects real-world leadership challenges with practical insight people can apply right away.
